Assists students, staff, faculty, and the public by answering inquiries about admissions, financial aid, registration, campus services, and more. Provides information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience through excellent customer service.

Communications, Branding and Graphic Design

Jackie Olson
Senior Communications Specialist

Oversees Website Design and Content, CMS, Performs Writing, Editing, & Story-telling Services (news features and works with media articles, and releases). Strategizes Direction & Placement of Social Media and branding consistencies.

Bryanna Zierke
Graphic Arts Specialist

91勛圖 design and branding. Creates flyers, invitations, all marketing materials, publications, and promotional items in a variety of mediums. Photography/videography content and organizes library for materials. Designs and captures promotional graphics and videos for social media and marketing (Tiktok, Youtube, vimeo, etc.).
